Our Marvellous MUGA is open!

Marldon’s Multi-Use-Games-Area (MUGA) has officially been opened by Parish Council Chair Derek Hore with a large contingency of Parishioners both young and senior in attendance.
Local lads Edward and Henry were first in to try out the new surface, watched on by Marldon Parish Councillors along with County Councillor Simon Rake, District Councillor Sam Penfold, SHDC Senior Green Spaces and Recreation Officer Alexis Huggins and ex-County Councillor Jonathan Hawkins.
MEG Volunteers also turned out in force as they have been instrumental in keeping the area tidy during construction.

It's been a long time coming, but it's a job well done.
